We will keep in touch with Texas Health and Human Services weekly and provide updates to you until the decision is made. You will leave all the worrying to our team!

Medicaid Over asset education
You may be concerned that your family will have to spend all their assets in order to qualify for Medicaid, but that is not true. With our extensive knowledge of the state's policies, we can assist clients by thoroughly going over your family's situation and in partnership with an Elder Law attorney, figure out a plan of action.
*Should you want us to also manage the application as well, we will then guide you through the execution of your specific plan. Once your family is in position to qualify according to the state policies, we then submit the Medicaid application as your listed authorized representative.

Annual Renewal of Medicaid benefits
Every year after you have been approved for long term care Medicaid benefits, HHSC, will send you a renewal packet.

OUR FEES
Our fee structure is unique to this industry. We charge a one-time fee for the process we are referred to. This fee will carry it through to the end even if there is an appeal. We will further discuss at consultation as every family has a different situation.
